Wasini Island is approximately 47.2km away from Diani whose population is about 3,000. This quaint island is a little slice of paradise. On the way to the island by boat, chances are you will see a breathtaking variety of land and seascapes. From coral reefs, to mangroves and if you are lucky, some dolphins and humpback whales.
Upon arrival at the island, you will receive a warm reception from the locals and a tour around the village where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and take in the unique lifestyles of the people of Wasini Island.
Then, you will head to a local restaurant for a sumptuous lunch of some delicious seafood all while taking in the beautiful view of the beach and ocean.
